1. First Visit
For the first clean only there will be a one off charge to cover the additional time taken to remove stubborn dirt that has built up on the windows and frames, the amount will depend on the size of the house. Once the windows are cleaned the price will reduce down to the frequency chosen by the customer.
2. How the process work The purified water system is very effective at cleaning everyday dirt from your windows, For example the following builders clean (plaster, concrete and paint etc.) stickers or adhesive, stains, on windows or frames, pure water will not be effective, please make us aware if any of the following is on your property when booking a clean.

We work all year round and with light rain or showers we can still carry out our service, the rain won’t affect the quality of the clean because we use purified water system. 5. Access

Our aim is to provide you with the best clean possible. If you are not satisfied with your clean, Please contact us within 24 hours of your clean. We will return to clean your windows free of charge. Failing to contact use within 24 hours may result in us not re-cleaning them free of charge. Please note we operate a no refund policy.
7. Confidentiality All customers information is stored on a secure system which is not shared with any other company, this is required under the terms and conditions of the data protection act.
8. Payments
Customers joining our 4, 6 or 8 weekly rounds are required to pay via our direct debit system Gocardless this can be set up on our payments page. Payments are then automatically collected 5 days after each clean.
